Since joining JTM and ChemMasters in March 2023, Ravi has played a central role in strengthening leadership, sharpening focus, and preparing both companies for their next chapter. His leadership is defined by accountability, clear ownership, and a calm bias for action, marked by intentional presence, contagious energy, and genuine commitment to the team.

Under Ravi’s leadership, our principles of Quality, Innovation, and Service have been actively embedded into how we lead, operate, and serve our customers. He is known for simplifying complexity, raising the bar where it matters, empowering people to take ownership, and fostering a culture rooted in trust, respect, and integrity.

A global executive in specialty chemicals, Ravi brings more than 23 years of experience building and scaling businesses by turning technical excellence into trusted, market-driven platforms. His experience spans specialty chemicals, polymers, coatings, and industrial applications, with a proven track record of advancing quality-driven execution, accelerating innovation from concept through commercialization, and building customer-focused partnerships.

He holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a PhD in Polymers and Coatings, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Coatings Technology and Research. More importantly, at the heart of his leadership is a deep sense of empathy and care for people, reflected in an open, accessible style that builds trust and balance across the organization.
